Our park entrance sign is back again. Personally, I liked this old one with the bird poop on it. Seemed to be more appropriate IMHO.

Have you thought about a Failure to Provide Lawsuit??? We were able to beat Tatum & Kaplan. So far, Casa Del Lago has won a 9% lawsuit, the DA's lease lawsuit, and the Failure to Provide (2006). Our leases in the park run from $1250 up to $1750. per month. Hang in there Upland, there are solutions for greedy, slumlords..
Thanks for the post and suggestion. I am hoping that our HOA will create a fact finding committee soon to begin gathering information from residents here that might help us build a case. That's all I can really say right now regarding that. If you have any information you can share regarding the lawsuits you have mentioned please please post. A synopsis of each suit would be great.
